San Remo Shores is a voluntary association — there are no mandatory dues or assessments. Your annual contribution makes a real difference in the neighborhood we all share.

Keep Our Waterways Healthy

Your contribution supports advocacy for canal dredging, water quality improvements, and the maintenance of channel markers that benefit all waterfront and canal-access residents.

The Association represents San Remo Shores residents to Manatee County and other agencies. A strong, well-supported Association carries more weight when speaking on issues that affect our community.

Every Dollar Stays Local

The Association is run entirely by neighborhood volunteers. There are no paid staff or administrative overhead — 100% of your contribution goes directly toward projects that benefit San Remo Shores homeowners.
