San Remo Shores Association is a non-profit organization and resident participation is voluntary but strongly encouraged. The Association is made up of neighborhood volunteers and the Association works in good faith towards projects which benefit the homeowners, however does not have restrictive bylaws or enforcement powers of any kind. San Remo Shores homeowners are not restricted by bylaws and as such the Association is not a enforcement entity.
